Referral Partnership
You're one step away from earning commissions by referring families to the most student-focused college admissions consulting program in the country.
This agreement establishes a referral partnership between CollegeConsulting.us and Organization Name. As a partner, you refer students and families to our programs β the Ivy-Bound Challengeβ’ and College Admissions Consulting β and earn a commission on every paid enrollment through your personalized referral link.

Commissions are tracked automatically through your referral link and paid out monthly via bank transfer or check. A minimum balance of $100 is required for payout.

1. Partnership Scope
This agreement authorizes Partner to refer prospective students and families to CollegeConsulting.us programs using a designated referral link. Partner has no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of CollegeConsulting.us beyond what is provided in official marketing materials.
2. Commission Eligibility & Tracking
Commissions are earned when a referred family completes enrollment in a paid program through Partner's unique referral link. Referrals are tracked via cookie and referral code; Partner is responsible for sharing their correct link. CollegeConsulting.us reserves the right to verify referral integrity. Referrals that circumvent the tracking system are not eligible for commission.
3. Commission Rate & Payment
Partner earns 10% of the net enrollment value for each qualifying referral. Commissions are calculated on the final amount paid after any discounts. Payments are issued monthly, within 15 business days of the end of each calendar month. A minimum account balance of $100.00 USD is required for payout. CollegeConsulting.us reserves the right to withhold commission during any refund or dispute window (typically 30 days from enrollment).
4. Ivy-Bound Challengeβ’ β Complimentary Access
Families referred through Partner's link receive complimentary access to the Ivy-Bound Challengeβ’ (normally $900). This benefit is provided as a partner perk to lower the barrier for referrals. No commission is payable on complimentary Challenge access. Commissions apply only to paid program enrollments.
5. Promotional Standards
Partner agrees to represent CollegeConsulting.us programs honestly and in accordance with provided marketing materials. Partner may not make earnings claims, guarantee admissions outcomes, or misrepresent program pricing. Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, and deceptive advertising are strictly prohibited. CollegeConsulting.us reserves the right to revoke partnership status for violations without notice.
6. Brand Use
Partner is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use CollegeConsulting.us logos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the referral program. Partner may not alter logos, create derivative branding, or use CollegeConsulting.us intellectual property in any context outside this partnership without written approval.
7. Exclusivity & Competition
This is a non-exclusive agreement. Partner may promote other services. However, during the term of this agreement, Partner agrees not to simultaneously promote competing college admissions consulting services in the same context or channel in which CollegeConsulting.us is being promoted.
8. Confidentiality
Partner agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by CollegeConsulting.us, including pricing structures, internal metrics, and family data. Partner shall not share or use such information outside the scope of this partnership.
9. Term & Termination
This agreement is effective upon signing and continues indefinitely unless terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. CollegeConsulting.us may terminate immediately for cause (including violation of these terms). Upon termination, earned and unpaid commissions for completed enrollments will be paid out in the next standard cycle.
10. Independent Contractor
Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of CollegeConsulting.us. Partner is solely responsible for applicable taxes on commissions earned.
11. Limitation of Liability
CollegeConsulting.us's liability to Partner under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. CollegeConsulting.us is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado.
13. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
